For this new brand we have designed the concept and operating standards outlining a new concept of retail oriented to Delivery.

We have characterized the environments with contents of freshness, innovation and attention to the environment, all in compliance with the iconic Brand; favoring not only the consumer experience but also the ergonomic aspects that the preparation of Sushi requires.

Repeatability, modularity and consumer experience within the venue are the winning keys of this new project for this brand that is already becoming an example to follow.
